Google Maps Goes 8-Bit For April Fools’ - robertsrabing

E'er wanted to make your next phone call travel seem that little bit more poem? Fortunate now you can, thanks to a new 8-bit version of Google Maps. Similar in style to old Enix (like a sho Right-angled Enix) games from the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) geological era, this newfangled way to view Google Maps will definitely give your next journey that sense of adventure.

The pixel style correspondenc can be accessed by visiting the regular Google Maps site: all you feature to do is click the 'Quest' option, alongside the usual 'Earth' and 'Outer' buttons. Erst clicked, the map you are viewing leave be transformed into 8-bit goodness.
